Autoimmune Paleo Protocol Recipes





For autoimmune protocol, foods avoided are: eggs, nuts, seeds, nightshades, potential gluten cross-reactive foods, fructose in excess of 20g per day, alcohol, non-nutritive sweeteners, emulsifiers, thickeners, and other food additives (Source: The Paleo Mom). See below recipes for more resources for AIP.
